In the current research, an interpretative analysis of "Khaira Ummah" in verse 110 of Aal Imran is presented on the examples of Imamate and Wilayat, and since the most important vital concept in the Islamic system is Imamate and Wilayat, therefore it plays a significant role in the leadership and guidance and prosperity of the society. In order to determine what the verse has to do with the concepts of imamate and guardianship and who are the real examples of "the good of the nation"?, descriptive-analytical and interpretive methods have been used and by referring to reliable sources and in-depth analysis of the meaning of the verses and narrations from the infallibles, peace be upon them. And paying attention to the meaning of the words "Khair" which in some cases implies choosing and choosing and "Ummah" which can be applied even to an individual as well as paying attention to the context and general spirit of the verses of the Qur'an, it is determined that the most correct example of the interpretation of "Khair" "Ummah" and as its perfect example, it can only be the position of guardianship and Imamate of the Infallibles, peace be upon them.
